We offer:

Recreational classes for
Parent and Tot (20 months - 2 yrs)

Parent and child explore movement together. You will learn proven techniques to develop your child's sensory motor coordination and self-confidence. The tot's are exposed to a wide variety of uniquely age-appropriate and safe gymnastics equipment. This class is not only FUN but a great opportunity for both physical and social development.

Preschool (3 - 4 yrs. old)

It's FUN, it's healthy, it's play with a purpose! Our program's primary goal for preschoolers is to develop a high level of gross motor skills and to build self-confidence. The children receive instruction on the vault, bars, beam, tumbling, and trampoline. Classes are coed. Participants must be potty trained.

Kinder Classes (ages 4 - Kinder)

Kinder classes are part of a non-competitive program which emphasizes strength, flexibility, and balance development. We use the sport of gymnastics as a tool to expand children's developing capabilities. Girls receive instruction in balance beam, bars, vault, trampoline, tumbling, and much more.  Boys receive instruction in bars, vault, bars, trampoline, tumbling, rings, and more.

Girl's School Age

Recreational program for  girls is designed to build general fitness, strength, flexibility and self-esteem through the sport of gymnastics.  Gymnastics helps to build confidence and self-discipline by exposing its participants to challenges that can be handled successfully.  We follow a progressive curriculum under the guidelines set forth in the USA Gymnastics Jr. Olympic Program.  The rate of individual progression will depend on age, natural strength & flexibility, practice habits, and self-determination.  Those individuals who excel in classes may be invited to one of our pre-teams or competitive teams.  Team members are required to practice more hours per week than class gymnasts and also participate in competitive meets each year.

Girls are taught gymnastics skills on all the women’s apparatus:

vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline.

Boy’s School Age

Recreational program for boys  is designed to build general fitness, strength, flexibility and self-esteem through the sport of gymnastics.
