Parent and Tot (20 months - 2 yrs)

Parent and child explore movement together. You will learn proven techniques to develop your child's sensory motor coordination and self-confidence. Preschool (3 - 4 yrs. old)

It's FUN, it's healthy, it's play with a purpose! Our program's primary goal for preschoolers is to develop a high level of gross motor skills and to build self-confidence. The children receive instruction on the vault, bars, beam, tumbling, and trampoline. Classes are coed. Participants must be potty trained.

Kinder Classes (ages 4 - Kinder)

Kinder classes are part of a non-competitive program which emphasizes strength, flexibility, and balance development. Boys receive instruction in bars, vault, bars, trampoline, tumbling, rings, and more.
